Avocados

With over 25 vital nutrients, avocados pack a punch with Vitamins E and B. Instead of using expensive conditioner try a ripe avocado and apply to wet hair after using your shampoo and let it linger on your locks for a few minutes. Beans

Beans are a great source of vitamin B6 and folic acid; and the minerals magnesium, sulfur and zinc. Adding black beans to your diet will provide a vitamin and protein boost to keep you and your hair bright and lively all day.

 

Vegetables

Green leafy, sea vegetables and root vegetables helps with hair growth. They are good sources of minerals like iron, calcium, and silica; and vitamins A, C, and E. Seaweeds and other sea vegetables offer minerals like iodine and protein. Root vegetables contain vitamins A and E, as well as minerals like iodine and silica.

 

Eggs

Scrambled, poached, or omelette: whichever way you like, take an egg everyday. They are inexpensive, you’ll get the protein you need to begin the day properly, and your hair will be sparkling.

Honey

Replace beef, mutton and lamb with local chicken for a healthy way to keep your hair strong.

Dairy

Dairy will build strong bones and also keep your hair strong with calcium and Vitamins D and B12. Take enough low-fat milk and cottage cheese, which will keep your gorgeous hair growing strong.

Walnuts

Although difficult to find in Dhaka except in select few superstores, walnuts are an excellent source of Vitamin E. They will give your hair the oils it needs to stay full of shine and luster.
